However, shall you not be happy with them, we offer a full refund within 30 days after purchase. All refund payments are done through PayPal and Paddle, you need to contact us via e-mail [e-mail] prior to requesting the refund for the payment.

Refund is only applicable if the user didn’t download the illustrations on their computer, please note that this is a Digital Item and once it is downloaded it is already non-refundable. We keep records of every file download with date, size, ip and location.

A refund is not applicable in case the same user bought an illustration pack more than one time and already got refund for the first purchase. As there’s no reason to buy the icons a second time. This issue is illegal and considered as a fraudulent transaction.
